(Q): When do you stop helping people?
(A): Credit Solutions stays with you until your mission and ours is complete,
or until you decide to go no further with your credit reports.
(Q): How do we know what is going on?
(A): Unlike many other companies, we will go step-by-step with you, throughout the process,
so you know exactly where things stand.
(Q): How do we know how much this costs; and when do we pay you?
(A): You will be told the cost of our service that you need done... the good thing,
We don't ask for any money upfront.
We get paid after we have done what we are hired to do for you.
(Q): What are your office hours?
(A): Credit Solutions hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5 pm.
So, if you call when our office is closed, please leave your name and phone number
We will return your call as soon as possible.
(Q): What if my own schedule or job doesn't allow me to come in a get a consultation?
(A): If your work schedule doesn't allow you to come in and seek our advice during the M - F hours of 9am-5pm
we can most likely make an appointment to fit your schedule.
(Q): Are you open on the weekends?
(A): Credit Solutions of Central Texas is normally closed on weekends,
but if there is a need for such an appointment we will accommodate you.
So, if you make a weekend appointment please keep your appointment time.
(Q): How much time do you allot for an appointment?
(A): We understand that your appointment is important for you, the consumer.
We take the time needed to help you with any concerns or questions you may have.
We do not rush any client out the door.
(Q): What does Accurate, Verifiable and Complete mean to my credit reports?
(A): Everything in your credit report must be:
Accurate means all accounts listed must be yours and;
information pertaining to dates you opened an account or credit must be correct.
Verifiable means all issues in your credit report must be verified before the credit bureaus place issues on your report.
Unfortunately many items aren't verified.
Complete means all issues being reported to the Credit Bureaus must include the correct Open date,
Date of Last Activity (DLA) and the name of the Creditor or Collection company reporting the information
and other such information that will allow you to recognize the account as being yours.
If any of the information on your reports doesn't include the preceding information
contact us for a "free" consultation regarding your report issues.
(Q): How long does the entire procedure take?
(A): According to the law you must give the Credit Bureaus 30 days to respond to a dispute, plus allow another
15 days to verify and correct your reports based on the disputed items.
(A) Debt Settlements are based on the turn around time for the original creditor or the collector
(Q): What is Power of Attorney?
(A): POA is a document you sign, which gives us the authority to talk to your original creditor and/ or a collector on your behalf
to do a debt settlement. This POA also allows us to get the necessary information to verify whether an account is or isn't yours .
(Q): Can I get a copy of my credit reports from you; if not where can we obtain a copy of our reports?
(A): We can not supply you with a copy of your reports, but we can mail or fax you a copy of a Credit Request Report Form to send in.
You should receive your reports within 10-15 days after the agency receives the form.
(Q): What do I do if they (the credit bureaus) ask for more information from me?
(A): Contact us and we will tell you what you can do.
